About this Event

Come and learn a ceramic process for creating beautiful art. This is a hands-on class for absolute beginners. No experience required. In this class you will learn the art of Slip Casting using a pre-made mold. You will learn the fundamentals of pouring, un-molding, drying, cleaning, and preparing a ceramic piece for firing in the community kiln.

After you register, you will receive an email from me. It will contain my contact info and additional class information on molds available and how to pick yours for a final piece to take home.

All materials and tools are provided; Includes take home bisque fired ceramic piece.

You must make arrangements to pick up after firing or glaze. DSM members will learn the process for using, storing, and safety in the Ceramic Department.
Look for my other glazing, design, and project classes.
