About this Event

This class will introduce/re-introduce you to the lathe, including shop rules and general expectations, and wood working safe/best practices.

We will focus on turning between centers and using the carbide tipped "easywood" turning tools.

Special Considerations and Warnings

The woodshop is a very dusty place. Some woods can produce severe allergic reactions. Protect yourself and bring a dust mask.

Instructor enjoys dark beers, tacos, and pizza - just in case you are wondering.
