About this Event
Anodizing in small batches can protect your metal for extended periods and is an important technique to master.
Masking prior to anodizing can be crucial, particularly for artistic applications.
Anodizing is also used for protecting electrodes and sensors.
Be prepared to take notes for the various setups so you will be more likely to have success at reproducing the results on your own and for your batch size.
We will meet at the fume hood of the Science area.
Please do NOT touch anything.
The anodizing setup can take several hours and more than one set of anodized metals will be in progess from staging earlier in the day.
