BYOB if you are interested

We are going to explore and learn about the vast amazing creation of regional French Cheeses. We will look at all the regional aspects of cheese making and how that effects the different types of favors and textures.

The plan (but it might change) is to start with a soft brie, bucherondin, camembert, mimolette, and a gentle blue. I will get as many things as possible with our collective money and get a good range of flavors and experiences to understand the wonder that is cheese making. I've invited a cheese monger but I'm not sure they will come.

Bring something extra to accompany the cheese for the group to introduce additional flavors into the mix. I will be purchasing some items to flesh out your palette.
