Introduction to the Bridgeport Mill:

Selecting a prudent cutting depth
Setting the auto feed and cautions about its use

Includes an hour in class followed by at least an hour at the mill
At the beginning of class each student will be expected to indicate the up coming mill related project he/she has by drawing, picture or other means.
Special Considerations and Warnings
Work and class in the machine shop area requires safety glasses whenever machinery is in use, closed top shoes (best are steel toe shoes). Note: The machine shop area can be a bit grimy.
