Special Considerations and Warnings
Work and class in the machine shop area requires safety glasses whenever machinery is in use, closed top shoes (best are steel toe shoes). Note: The machine shop area can be a bit grimy.
If you have already taken the intro class for the former lathe, you do not need this class. You just need a 10 minute personal session to be shown what is different on the new lathe. Several persons can give this instruction including: myself, David Kessinger, Tim Bene, Chris Wischkowsky, Jay Phelps, Walter Anderson, Nick Silva, Kevin Braby, Joel Braby.
