About this Event

In this class you will learn how to make resin "Potion Bottle" earrings. Each student will get 2 potion bottles, a pair of corks, and a pair of silver plated ear hooks as part of the class. The class will also cover safety and usage of the resin tools, and upon completion, you will be signed off use the resin equipment.

Class Time:
• 2 hours scheduled

Techniques & Tools:
- calculating resin volume
- measuring resin parts A and B
-mixing resin effectively and thoroughly
- pigments, dyes, glitters, and effect powders


Materials:
- 2 part polyurethane resin (typically Alumilite brand)
- various pigments, dyes, glitters, and effect powders used in resin casting

Cost: $5 for 2 bottles (one pair of earrings), paid to the instructor. Additional bottles can be purchased for $2.50 each as supplies allow.
