About this Event
This class covers basic theory and operation of the Creative Arts Shapeoko 2. We'll cover the basics of CNC, with a focus on how they apply to this machine, using a presentation that is available on the committee drive. Then we'll create a simple model in the Easel cloud based software used with this machine, complete material setup, and carve the model. Upon completion attendee's should be able to use the machine safely, without supervision and know where to go for further assistance.

Note: Due to a recent increase in no-shows/no-cancellations you must be approved by the instructor to attend the class. I will compare applicants against recent no-shows and, if you're on the list, you will need to provide an explanation for your previous behavior and why you'll make it this time.
