About this Event
An introduction to the basic laser cutters we have at the space. The class will cover fire safety, allowed and disallowed materials, as well as how to set up a job in the laser's software, and safe and proper use of the Thunder laser itself.
Students taking Laser Basics do not have a required prerequisite. Upon completion, students will be certified to use the three Thunder lasers we have at the space
Classes are currently limited to 3 people for COVID reasons.
