About this Event
I'm stealing Tommie's description:
Welding, Plasma, and friggin-hot metal. That is the fun stuff in the metal shop. This class covers our mandatory safety for operating heavy machinery and is the prerequisite for machine-side classes scheduled after June 1st, 2019.
Completion of this course allows for taking all the machine side classes for our heavy and hot equipment.
You need this before you take the Dynatorch or any welding classes.
Special Considerations and Warnings
Since we may visit the Metal Shop, closed-toe shoes and long pants are required.
