About this Event

We will use a propane/MAPP gas torch to fuse silver into interesting shapes, which can be used as is or incorporated into other jewelry pieces. This works with sterling or fine silver or argentium (or gold). Does not work, or not well, with copper.
Bring silver or silver scrap. Instructor will bring half ounce bags of silver scrap, currently $9 each.
Also, there is a $3 charge for the charcoal blocks, which get used up (not the kind of charcoal used for grilling).
If you have a propane torch, you might want to bring it along.

Special Considerations and Warnings

We will be using torches, so, natural fiber clothing, closed toe shoes, tie back long hair and beards.
$3 for the charcoal blocks, cash, card, or check at class.
Instructor will bring half ounce bags of silver scrap, currently $9 each, or bring your own silver.
