About this Event

NOTE: Woodshop 1&2 are being taught on Tuesday - Woodshop 3&4 are being taught on Thursday

Do NOT sign up for this class if you have not taken Woodshop 1 & 2 before this class starts!

Upon completion of the first three classes, each student will have made and leave with a maple and/or walnut, cherry edge grain cutting board! During the fourth class, we will turn the simple cutting board into an awesome handled serving board!

Special Considerations and Warnings

Appropriate eye protection is required. DMS does make necessary protective gear available, but feel free to bring your own. Appropriate work shop attire is required including long pants/jeans, short sleeve shirt/top (or long sleeves with cuffs rolled above elbow), and sturdy closed-toe shoes or work boots. NO: overly loose fitting (i.e. baggy) clothing; unbound long hair; dangling/swinging jewelry and other accessories, or gloves
