About this Event

This is the first of four classes required to access the large bench tools in the woodshop.

Upon completion of the first three classes, each student will have made and leave with a maple and walnut edge grain cutting board! (see picture) During the fourth class, we will turn the simple cutting board into an awesome handled serving board!

This class will cover:
Woodshop Orientation
General Shop Safety
Woodshop Machine Safety
Lumber Selection
Miter Saw
Dust Collector Maintenance
